Pricing questions
Who counts as a worker?
An active worker is anyone with at least one clocked visit or shift in the billing month. Workers who did not work that month are not charged. Clients, sites, family members, customer contacts and office users are free and unlimited.
Are there per-visit, per-client or setup fees?
No. You pay per active worker and nothing else. No setup fee, no contract, and you can export your data at any time for free.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12: two months free. For example, Team for 20 workers is $80 a month, or $800 a year.
What happens when the free plan reaches 5 workers?
You can keep 5 active workers on Free for as long as you like. To add a sixth, pick Team or Care. Nothing is deleted if you stay on Free.
Can I store patient or health information on Free?
No. The free plan and the public demo must not hold real protected health information. Healthcare customers sign a business associate agreement with OveliTHub before storing health information, on a plan that supports it. Ask us before you load real patient records.
What is Care Connect?
Live submission of visits to a state EVV aggregator and of claims to a clearinghouse. Each state certifies EVV vendors separately and clearinghouses need enrollment, so we set it up on request, state by state. Until then, the Care plan exports EVV data and claim files for your aggregator portal or biller.
How do I pay?
By card or ACH from the Plan page inside the app. Change plans or cancel at any time; changes apply from the next billing month.
